Classified as a low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV), the micromobility car has a top speed of 19 mph and a range of 47 miles per charge. Under neighborhood electric vehicle laws, the Topolino can be driven on public roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. The vehicle's minuscule footprint makes parking effortless in congested urban centers, presenting an alternative to traditional sedans.
