How to Install / Upgrade: Elastic 9.5: Columnar, VectorDB index mode & auto-calibration, and AI-driven alert triage

To install or upgrade, move to Elastic 9.5 from your current Elasticsearch Platform deployment using your normal Elastic upgrade path for the full platform, then enable or adopt the new capabilities you need—Columnar Mode, VectorDB index mode, and the Agent Builder enhancements—after the platform is on 9.5. Treat this as a platform version upgrade first; feature use follows only once 9.5 is running.
