To install or upgrade, move your Elastic Stack deployment to 8.19.19 using your usual package, container, or Elastic Cloud upgrade path, and treat 8.19.19 as the target instead of staying on 8.19.18. Confirm you are applying the update across the stack products you run, then complete the upgrade with your standard process for that environment. After the upgrade, check the Elastic Blog release notes for product-specific change details that apply to your setup.

Before you finish, do not assume 8.19.18 is still the preferred version for this line; Elastic recommends 8.19.19 over 8.19.18. After upgrading, verify that your deployed version reports 8.19.19 and that the products you use match the components covered in the 8.19.19 release notes. If something still looks wrong after the upgrade, compare your installed version against those release notes rather than treating this as a feature release with undocumented changes.
