To install or upgrade, move to Elastic Stack 9.3.8 on every stack component you run, rather than staying on 9.3.7. Use your usual Elastic install or upgrade path for those products, and treat the 9.3.8 release notes as the checklist for what each product receives in this release. Prefer 9.3.8 whenever you would otherwise stay on an earlier 9.3 build.
Before you finish, confirm every component reports 9.3.8 and that you did not leave any node or service on 9.3.7. Read the release notes for each product you use so you know which issues this version fixes and which changes apply to your setup. If something still looks wrong after the upgrade, check that all parts of the stack were updated together to 9.3.8.
