Introducing Gemini 3.6 Flash, 3.5 Flash-Lite, and 3.5 Flash Cyber

Google has announced three new Gemini models on the Keyword Blog: Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, and Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber. The release is presented under that title with a hero image that names those three models. Beyond those names and the blog source, no other product details are included here.

To install or upgrade, point your app or API configuration at the model you need by its full name: Gemini 3.6 Flash, Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite, or Gemini 3.5 Flash Cyber. If you already call an older Gemini Flash model, replace that model identifier with one of these three. Keep the rest of your client setup the same unless your provider requires a separate model-list or product-catalog refresh so the new names appear.

Use the exact names as written so you do not mix Flash, Flash-Lite, and Flash Cyber. After you switch, run one real request per model you plan to use and confirm the response is served under the name you selected. If a call fails or still routes to a prior model, recheck the configured model string against the Keyword Blog names above.
