India-based conversational AI innovator Ringg has raised $10 million in a Series A extension round led by premier venture firm Peak XV Partners. The funding will accelerate the deployment of Ringg's proprietary real-time voice intelligence architecture, which moves beyond basic telephony bots to handle complex multi-step enterprise workflows.

Unlike legacy interactive voice response systems, Ringg's platform integrates latency-minimized speech recognition with deep reasoning models capable of executing complex transactional tasks across CRM databases and logistics hubs during live spoken conversations.

The company plans to deploy the capital toward global commercial expansion, particularly targeting healthcare scheduling, financial verification, and supply-chain customer support across North America and Southeast Asia.
