Seedance 2.5 from ByteDance is now available on Vercel AI Gateway. The model generates video clips of up to 30 seconds in a single pass. Vercel is exposing it through the same AI Gateway path developers already use for other models, so teams can call it without standing up a separate ByteDance integration.
Seedance 2.5 is built around long-clip continuity rather than post-production assembly. It holds camera movement and scene continuity inside one generation instead of stitching shorter shots together later. Short clips can be extended while carrying over character appearance, scene setup, and camera motion. A single request can take text, video, image, and audio together, so appearance can come from one asset while motion or style comes from another.

For engineers and builders, that changes the pipeline shape.
